Jarvis Dudley brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to Bullets and Biceps Iron House. A proud graduate of Saint Augustine University, a D2 HBCU, Jarvis earned his certification in Health and Physical Education while competing on the school’s 40-time National Championship Track and Field team. As a standout athlete, he also played college football, earning recognition as the CFB Network’s #2 ranked HBCU Fullback and #16 ranked D2 Fullback.
Jarvis’s expertise goes far beyond his athletic achievements. He has worked under renowned Strength and Conditioning Coaches at the University of South Carolina, Minnesota State University, and Florida Atlantic University, and served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for high school football and track in Raleigh, NC. His dedication produced exceptional results, including helping one athlete gain 35 pounds of muscle and secure multiple Division 1 football offers. He also coached female athletes to regional and state competitions—all while fostering their growth and confidence.
Known for his tailored workout plans and hands-on coaching style, Jarvis is deeply passionate about guiding clients toward consistent progress. His motto,
